RECIPE : KOREAN FUSION PIZZA

Pizza Dough :
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp instant yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup water
Directions :
In a cup, dissolve yeast and sugar with warm water and rest about 10 minutes until foamy. Mix all dough ingridients, knead about 15 minutes. Rest about 2 hours covered with plastic wrap.
Topping :
3 tbsp gochujang
1 tsp sugar
odeng
roasted sesame seeds
chives, chopped
cherry tomatoes
onion, thin sliced
mozarella cheese
mozarella cheese
Directions :
Mix gochujang with sugar, spread into the dough. Arrange another topping. Bake in 200C about 25minutes.
